"Showed up faster than I expected"
I ordered from strawberryhill.com it was a easy experience. In my mind, I was expecting it to take a little longer, but the package arrived quicker than I thought it would. The tracking was decent, and the box came in good shape, which I always take as a good sign. Nothing complicated or stressful about the order at all. I’d definitely be fine ordering from them again

"Pretty fair deal overall"
I thought the prices were reasonable compared to a few other places I looked at and while it wasn’t the absolute cheapest option out there, the quality felt solid enough that I didn’t mind paying a little more, so yeah I’d probably buy again as long as they keep the deals decent

"Not a lot of options"
I was hoping there’d be more to choose from, but the selection felt limited. I even reached out to support and they basically said something like, “We’re always adding more items,” which is nice, but right now it still just doesn’t feel like there’s much to pick from.

"Cozy nostalgia, but something felt missing"
I really wanted to enjoy strawberryhill.com because it has that old-school cozy vibe and definitely brings a bit of nostalgia. But once I spent some time with it, it didn’t feel as authentic as I was hoping. A few things just felt a little off, and there was this weird sense that no real person was actually behind the experience. It wasn’t awful or anything, just kind of flat, and not something I’d be excited to come back to...

I ordered this as a birthday gift, and I was a bit suspicious about whether it would arrive looking fresh, since you never really know with online orders. But it showed up in great shape, nice and fresh, and my friend really loved it. I’d probably use strawberryhill.com again...

Ordering was okay overall and the site was easy enough to use, but I got annoyed because the terms seemed to change partway through. What looked straightforward at first ended up feeling a bit unclear, which made the whole experience less smooth than it should’ve been.

I had a small question about my order and felt kind of trapped waiting for an answer, but they got back to me quickly. The reply was friendly too, not some copy-paste response, which made the whole thing feel a lot easier

"Box came a little banged up"
The product itself was totally fine. No issues there. But the packaging showed up kind of crushed, like it had been tossed around a bit. Not a huge deal, just noticed it right away.
